Nick has known Nick Yap since Elementary School and they have been close friends ever since. The "Nicks" really reestablished their friendship when Nick and Katrina moved from San Francisco back to San Diego. They constantly try to outdo each other with the best (worst) puns and they there's never a dull moment when the two are in the same room together. They're so funny it's insane! Once Nick and Trina had moved back to SD, Katrina met Nick Yap's girlfriend (now wife!), Emma. Naturally, Emma and Katrina hit it off and became best friends. If they go even a few days without seeing each other it just seems like the universe is off, so that rarely happens. Nick Yap is Nick's Best Man and Emma is Katrina's Maid of Honor, which essentially makes them the Best People of this wedding.
Mike & Mackenzie Moriarty

Nick and Katrina met Mike and Mackenzie when they finally got smart enough to move back to San Diego. Shout out to Lauren C. for the introduction! Although Nick and Katrina weren't invited to Mike and Mackenzie's wedding (so annoying that they got married before they even met Nick and Katrina), 7/17/2021 wouldn't be the same without these two amazing people! Mackenzie is Katrina's go-to friend for a scary movie or true crime documentary, and Mike and Nick are two peas in a pod when it comes to all things sports, including baseball, golf, football, etc.
Matt Nipper
Groomsman
Matt was Nick's random roommate in college but that didn't mean they had to be random friends. Matt and Nick bonded over their love of sports and all things U of A. Whether it's a trip to Disney or a pool party in his backyard, Nips always knows how to throw down. There's no slowing this duo either, they've been buddies for over a decade and their friendship is as strong as a Derrick Williams' slam dunk.
Lauren Fosler

Lauren, AKA Lo Fos, was Katrina's random roommate in college (there seems to be a trend here...). Katrina and Lauren were inseparable all throughout college and always had a good time together, whether they were making homemade guacamole in the dorms, tailgating UofA football games, or eating pho while nursing a hangover. Lauren also helped raise Katrina and Nick's cat, Fredrick, and shaped him into the wonderful young cat he is today.
Jeremy Rosenthal

Jeremy and Nick met freshman year of college and their relationship blossomed over the 4 years they spent together. During their senior year, they took their friendship international when they studied abroad for a semester in London. Together, they experienced many new adventures, like riding the Tube, enjoying a cheeky pint, and cooking pasta without water (Looking at you Jeremy). Despite the language barrier and their near-daily hangovers, they survived London because they had each other.
Meagan Johnson

Katrina met Meagan almost 10 years ago in their freshman dorm at UofA. They quickly became close friends and lived together their Sophomore and Senior years of college. Meagan is Katrina's go-to friend for a good dance party and always brought energy and laughter to any night out in college, which usually ended in a round of Jack In The Box Tacos.
Steve Herron
Groomsman
Steve was the weird guy down the hall from Nick and Matt during freshman year of college, but his quirkiness is also one of his best characteristics. Steve, AKA "Horse Man", became the guys' unofficial 5th roommate, and slept on the couch in the living room throughout college. Steve's hidden talent is that he can tell you the winner of the Kentucky Derby any year, but don't take his advice on betting on horses.
Gabby Stetor

Gabby went to college with Emma (Maid of Honor) and she and her boyfriend would come to San Diego to visit over the years. Every time Gabby and Katrina hung out, they always had so much fun whether it was dancing to DJ Slow Hands at Vin de Syrah or attempting to have a pool day at Katrina's apartment in Little Italy. Gabby finally moved to San Diego in 2019 and became even closer friends with Katrina, especially after they established their bubble of close friends during the Pandemic!
Tom Pekin
Groomsman
Tom and Nick have known each other since preschool and they've been close friends pretty much their entire lives. Tom always picked up on Nick's sense of style and coolness growing up, and Tom frequently reminds people to this day of the influence Nick had on him as a lad. Nick always had trouble paying attention in math class because Tom was so far advanced he'd just read a book or something. Well now Tom is doing his post-doc in Berlin, Germany where he played host to Katrina and Nick when they visited Europe in 2019.
Savanna Howard

Savanna was one of Emma’s (Maid of Honor) roommates in college, and when she moved to San Diego a few years ago, she and Katrina quickly became close friends. Savanna and Katrina have a lot in common and they never run out of things to talk about, whether it’s their love of cats (hi Maya!), the latest drama on The Bachelor, or all things skincare. Fun Fact: Savanna did Katrina's makeup for her "first" wedding to Nick and now Katrina can't wait to have Savanna be a part of this wedding!
Brian Annen & Lauren Crane

Nick met both Brian and Lauren in high school, but Brian and Lauren didn't meet until Nick introduced them in November of 2015, and now they are dating! So you could say that Nick is a bit of a match maker (with the help of Nick Yap of course). Brian and Nick share a lot in common, including golf, softball, and working out at the same cult, ummm I mean gym... Katrina met Lauren at Nick's 21st birthday party and they quickly became close friends, bonding over their love of good wine and gossiping about The Bachelor.
Annette LaRoche, Leann & Ian
Family
Annette aka Net Net, is Nick's fun & loving aunt who has always been there for him. Being the only other family members in San Diego, Nick was fortunate to have his aunt and two cousins Leann and Ian to grow up with. Because Nick is an only child, his cousins were bonafide siblings to him and helped shape who he is today. Leann is a free-spirited soul who loves hanging out with family and friends and is always down for a good party or two. Ian has a great sense of adventure and is always exploring new things like hiking, camping or really any outdoor activities. Nick and Ian were best friends growing up and still continue to be super close whenever they get together. Katrina and Nick are both excited to have them be apart of their day!
Mitch Tracy

Mitchel is Katrina's smart, funny, supportive, and sometimes annoying older brother. Mitch has been such a great role model to Katrina and she loves how close he's become to Nick over these past few years (we can probably thank UofA sports for that). Katrina and Nick couldn't be happier to have Mitch be a part of their big day.
Tanner & Meredith Tracy
Family
Tanner is Katrina's younger brother, and although she hates to admit it, he's probably maybe kind of smarter than her. Katrina and Nick always have a great time with Tanner, whether they are playing Mario Party or bonding over their favorite TV shows. Tanner recently got married to Meredith, and Nick and Katrina couldn't be happier to have Meredith as part of the family! Both Tanner and Meredith are so much fun to be around and Katrina and Nick can't wait for them to join them on their wedding day.
