Nick and Katina first met in college at the University of Cincinnati 15 years ago. Nick was in Sig Ep, the fraternity Katina often hung out at and where many of her friends were. Shoutout to Collin (one of Nick’s groomsmen), who lived on the same floor as Katina freshman year. He introduced her to the Sig Eps and ultimately played a key role in Nick and Katina reconnecting more than 10 years later. Nick even went up to Katina’s parents lake house (aka “the Plake”) back in 2012 when she had a big group there that summer. Fast forward to March 2023, when Nick and Katina both met Collin and his wife Abby for drinks, along with some other friends. They started talking and immediately hit it off. Nick asked Katina out to dinner at Delwood the following Tuesday, and it quickly became clear there was something special. Just a few weeks after meeting his family, Katina joined Nick on his family vacation to Florida that June. Today, Nick and Katina are so grateful that life brought them back together and are beyond excited to spend the rest of their lives by each others sides. They are so excited to celebrate their love with you and feel so blessed to have such amazing family and friends who support them.
