When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal attire is requested. We would love for our guests to match our soft sunset color scheme. Truly any color but black! Imagine you are attending a wedding in the Italian countryside!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking onsite at the mansion. There will be a gate attendant - let them know you are here for the wedding and they will guide you to the proper parking area.

What colors are the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing dark rose and the groomsmen will be wearing grey.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

Please see the "Travel" portion of our website for hotel recommendations. The wedding party will be staying at Marina Bay Cottages. The Cottages will also host the after party and farewell brunch. Space at the Cottages is limited, so we have provided an additional hotel recommendation not far from the venue. As for airports, we recommend flying into Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT, or Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport in Providence, Rhode Island.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will indicate who is invited and whether you can bring a date. We are having an intimate wedding for close family and friends only, and we appreciate your understanding.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is outside on the grass. Ladies may wish to wear a chunky heel.

How does the shuttle work?

Answer

The shuttle will depart promptly from the Cottages at 4pm on wedding day to take guests to the ceremony. The shuttle will also take guests back to the Cottages after the reception ends. The shuttle WILL NOT take guests from or return them to any other hotel.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Pasta with red sauce, pork tenderloin, grilled steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, garlic bread. Vegan and gluten free will be accommodated but MUST be indicated in your RSVP.
