Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle bus from downtown McMinnville to the venue. Shuttles will depart from the NE Evans Street entrance of McMenamins Hotel Oregon at 5:15 and 5:30. After the reception, shuttles will be available every half hour between 9:30 and 11:00 back to downtown McMinnville.

What should I wear?

Answer

The venue is on grass, so flat shoes are recommended. While summer days in the Willamette Valley can be hot, nights tend to cool off so we recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or sweater so you can keep on dancing even after the sun goes down!

Answer

Though we love children, we have chosen to have an adult-only wedding celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you find this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun summer evening out without the kids.
