What's the dress code?

Answer

We would love our guests to come dressed up to celebrate the day! Have fun with it. Think florals and early autumn. Please save white and ivory for the bride.

Is The Wedding Outside?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will be in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. As the sun will be shining (fingers crossed), both the ceremony & reception will be outside and tented. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. Water stations will be available all day. Please keep in mind possible temperature changes in the September month from day to night. Blankets will be on site, as well as an ongoing fire pit.

When Can I Arrive & Where Can I Park?

Arrival time will be announced at a future date. Parking is free and extremely easy and accessible with a quick walk past the Conference House and Stone Cottage to the Ceremony location. Dinner and Reception are also located at the same venue. Handicap parking is available.

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 1st 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I Take Photos During the Ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in that special moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Will There Be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar throughout the day with signature cocktails, mocktails, wine and beer, soft drinks, water, etc. for the party. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the details of your invite. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Take a break from the kiddos and come enjoy the night!

As we are in a historically protected section of our gorgeous National Park, there are some things to be aware of: - No smoking or vaping - No throwing of rice or flowers (we will provide a ceremony confetti to toss) -
