We're getting married!

We met in the longue of the third floor of Centennial Hall our freshman year of college. Our friend was teaching our group of friends how to ball dance, and we got partnered up! From there, we spent most of our freshman year nights staying up wayyy too late in the lounge together, doing late night McDanks runs, and having adventures around the hustlin' bustlin' city of Kirksville. We started dating on March 16th of 2019, and now, four years later, we're so excited to finally get married!

We shared our first "I love you" about two months into dating. It's kind of a funny story. Josie was going to give blood... which we learned was not a great idea. Nick went with her (thank goodness!) and helped walk her home after she passed out. Wired and loopy, Nick took Josie to the second floor lounge of Centennial Hall to lay down. Laying there, Josie asked Nick why they hadn't said it yet, and she went ahead and told Nick "I love you." Nick said it back, and they've been saying it a thousand times a day every day since then.
