The entire wedding will be held outdoors on the lawn (weather permitting).
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
Yes! There is plenty of free, onsite parking for everyone.
The hotel and wedding are both in the heart of downtown Des Moines, which is very pedestrian friendly and full of Ubers, Lyfts, and even public bicycles—no car required! Upon request, the AC Hotel even offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, as well as local attractions when set up in advance.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
