Welcome Dinner

We will be having an informal get together at the Orchard Pavilion at Mountain Springs Lake Resort for all of our guests staying overnight on Friday. Food will be served from 5PM to 8PM but we will be drinking and socializing until 11PM. Please join us whenever you land from your travels!!! We will utilize the fire pit after dinner. The Orchard itself does not have an address but you can either type in the coordinates listed above into Google Maps and it will take you directly to the parking lot which then has a path that leads to the Orchard or you can enter the address of the venue: 1315 Mountain Springs Dr, Reeders, PA 18352 and once you enter the premises, there will be plenty of signage that leads the way to the Orchard. Any guest staying in a hotel or cabin Friday night is welcome to attend the event, so please indicate on your RSVP for the Welcome Dinner if you will be staying in the Poconos for two nights and where

Outdoors by the pond. Guests arrival is 5:00 PM. *The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM sharp.*

We will be holding a cocktail reception which means that cocktail food will be served for the entirety of the evening and we will have a pasta station, salad station, and carving station, as well. If you are vegan or vegetarian, please let us know and you will be provided a plated meal that fits into your dietary needs!
After Party

Wear what you wore to the reception or change into casual clothes and meet us there!
If you're up for it, meet us on the West Beach where we will have a fire pit ready to keep the party going. It is informal and alcohol is BYOB (for those not staying in cabins, contact Nick or Jocelyn if you would like to store anything in their cabin near the afterparty!) Shuttles will be provided to the location of the after party and back to hotels and cabins. Shuttle service will run until 1AM. If you are driving there, the West Beach does not have its own address but you can type the coordinates above into Google Maps or any other map service and it should take you to the correct location.
