Please RSVP by no later than July 18th, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is important we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, please arrive 15 minutes prior to allow for parking.
Unless included in our wedding party, our wedding is strictly an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows all of our guests a night of relaxation and celebration with us. Thank you for understanding!
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly stated.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.
Yes, we will be providing shuttle transportation for guests staying at the Tru by Hilton Concord. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:00 PM and return from the venue at 10:15 PM.
