Plan to travel through the MSY International Airport. This is a 20-30 minute ride from New Orleans Proper. From the airport we highly recommend taking a taxi via the taxi line, as it is a standard flat fee of $36 for 1-2 passengers. For 3+ it is a flat rate of 15$ per person.“ Driving and parking in the French Quarter is not advised (crowded busy streets, parking is expensive and limited, etc.), The easiest, cheapest, and overall most hassle-free mode of transportation is Uber / Lyft.

The New Orleans Streetcar
The New Orleans Streetcar is a fun way to explore the city! HOWEVER we highly recommend that you do not use this as your primary mode of transportation, particularly for coming to the wedding, as the Streetcars can be unreliable and come infrequently.
