What should guests wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We ask that guests not wear jeans. A tie is optional for the men but always encouraged. There is also grass, so please be mindful of your footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3:45pm is a great time to arrive as the ceremony will begin at 4pm.

What time is the wedding and what’s the parking situation?

Answer

Promptly at 4pm. Parking is available in the main lot and the service drive. Please be mindful of handicapped spots. The venue is handicap accessible.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Fenton Winery & Brewery.

Can guests enjoy the Taproom?

Answer

Yes, guests are more than welcome to head to the Taproom for an additional drink or check out the shop.

Why adults only?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

Where do we RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are included in the invitations. The RSVP cards are ready to mail back. Please respond by August 1, 2022. Don’t forget to include your name and guests name if allotted on the invitation. Include your song requests as well.

Can I bring a date?

The invitations were addressed to those invited or specified the number of guests invited on the envelope. If you have questions, please reach out to Ingrid.

What should you do if you can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight inside for cocktail hour.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Target, Zola. Target has the majority of items we love. Please use the Target site for the best results. We would love cookbooks and recipes as well.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony so that our photographers can get those magical shots. Pictures will be available after the wedding, contact Ingrid if you would like certain pictures. The reception will be a space for phones and pictures. Social media is fine- just make sure it’s a cute picture. Please understand we want to capture this day for us all to treasure. Use our hashtag #HarajliWedding

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

If you have dietary restriction please include this on your RSVP card or contact Ingrid when you send your RSVP. You can also include a little note in your RSVP envelope as well with specifics if the line provided is not enough.

Assigned seating?

Answer

During the ceremony it’s “pick any side” as we are joining together as one. The reception will have assigned tables. Hostess Kyla and Usher Nate can assist with seating if you have any questions.
