Question

When/Where is the wedding?When/Where is the wedding?

Answer

Nick and Hannah will be getting married at 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul, with the reception at 5:00 p.m. at Alum Creek Farm. See our SCHEDULE page for more information, addresses and directions! We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to the church to allow time for seating.

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children who are part of our ceremony. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us create a relaxed and joyful evening!

Question

What is the dress code? What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses (knee‑length or midi dresses are great choices!), and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants. We kindly ask guests to choose attire that is appropriate for a church ceremony, while still being comfortable for an evening celebration. Please note that bridesmaids will be in shades of pink. We ask that you please reserve the color white for the bride.

Question

Why is there a gap between the ceremony and reception? Why is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Because we’re having a Catholic church wedding, our ceremony takes place earlier in the day to accommodate other church services. We also wanted to give everyone time to relax, travel and freshen up before celebrating together at the reception.
