When should I RSVP by?

Question

What time should I arrive? Is parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to arrive at 3:30 PM to utilize the valet service at the Clubhouse. Shuttle transportation will be provided to the ceremony space at the Barn, located just down the path from the Clubhouse. Following cocktail hour, transportation will be provided back to the Clubhouse for the reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed in your best formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear midi- to floor- length dresses, bright colors encouraged! For men, a suit and tie are appropriate. A tuxedo is welcome but not required. The ceremony will be held outside. We can't wait to capture everlasting moments with each of you in your best dressed looks! Due to club policy, please no jeans and sneakers.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. To fully celebrate our special day, we respectfully ask that all phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want! Club social media policy: We would love to see your photos! If you choose to post on social media please refrain from naming the Club or its location.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Cocktail hour will feature a hosted open bar. Following cocktail hour, drinks will be available for purchase at a cash bar during the reception. Please note that there is no ATM on-site, we kindly encourage guests to plan accordingly to enjoy drinks throughout the evening.
