What date should I RSVP by?

What is the event attire?

Answer

Casual attire with comfortable shoes. Since the event is outdoors, it may get chilly in the evening. Please bring a warm sweater or jacket.

Will there be a hotel shuttle to take guests to and from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately there will not be a shuttle available. Please arrange a ride by car pooling or by rental car. Don't forget to have a designated driver for the ride back home after the party!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

4:00pm-4:30pm: Ceremony. (Please arrive at least 30 mins before to have ample time to park, sign the guest book, and settle into your seats.) 4:30pm-5:30pm: Cocktail hour. 5:30pm-10:00pm: Reception.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will have finger food and drinks available during cocktail hour. Dinner will be home-cooked southern BBQ. Variety of desserts & evening snack!
