Nick and Erin first met in 2012 when they played on a church softball league together. Erin was the left fielder and Nick played short stop. Before every game they both made sure to warm up together. This is when Erin realized she had a crush on him. As time went on, both Nick and Erin went their separate ways. In 2015, their paths would soon cross once again through the game they both loved, softball. Nick reached out to Erin to play on the softball league due to them needing a talented female players and Erin was his first thought. Erin did not hesitate and decided to join the team. Nick and Erin met at the local batting cages to catch up and on this night, February 14, 2015 they both realized they did not want to let 3 years pass until they saw one another again.

Fast forward to the day Nick proposed to Erin at the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland! Nick and Erin decided to take a trip to Disneyland and Erin not having any idea she would return home engaged to her best friend! The day Nick proposed to Erin, he made sure to do it in a special way that both of them would never forget. Nick's plan was to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment with a caricature that would secretly draw a picture of him proposing to Erin and make sure not to spoil the surprise. During the drawing, Erin had no idea what would be revealed through the cartoon drawing and that Nick was about to kneel down and ask for her hand in marriage. Once the cartoon was completed, the artist turn the drawing around, Erin took one glance at the photo and realized what was to happen next. Nick asked Erin to marry him on December 10 and from this day forward Disney is truly a place where dreams come true. Come join us on October 20, 2018 to celebrate the marriage of Nick and Erin.
