Answer

Black tie encouraged with a dress code of black. Guests are encouraged to wear their most formal attire. For women, black dresses, typically floor length. For men, black tuxedos or suits with a (you guessed it) a black tie. We ask that all guests wear black to fit our color scheme and make our photos turn out timeless. Answer

03.06.25

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and venue exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we absolutely adore your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults over the age of 21. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the Clearwater Municipal Marina where Yacht StarShip IV is docked. Parking is first-come, first-served. The Clearwater Marina operates a pay-by-plate parking system and you’ll be able to get an extended parking pass when you check in for the yacht. PLEASE NOTE: The marina is still under construction from last summer’s storms. That being said parking is extremely limited we recommend carpooling or ubering.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The yacht will start boarding at 6:00pm and will leave the dock at precisely 6:30pm. Please make sure you arrive early enough to find parking as it is first-come first-served on clearwater beach. That being said we do recommend carpooling or ubering.

Question

Will our wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting our ceremony will be on the top deck of the yacht, which is outdoors. The yacht also has 2 enclosed levels, for the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding

Answer

We want our guests to feel truly present and in the moment with us, which is why we have elected for an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all guests put away any phones or cameras during the ceremony only. We have hired an amazing photographer and content creator to capture the wedding. After the ceremony we would love for you to take pictures and videos and share them with us or post them and tag us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

Question

Will there be an after party?

Answer

We have arranged for the Clearwater Jolley Trolley to pick up any guests that would like to continue celebrating with us, from the marina when the yacht returns to the dock at 11:00pm. We will be going to Wave Nightclub at Shepard's beach resort to party for a few more hours. Please keep in mind for guests taking the trolley with us you'll be responsible for finding your own ride back home or to your hotel.

Question

What is the Yacht Starship's smoking policy

Answer

We reserved a part of the yacht for smoking or vaping.
