Things To Do

Aside from the hundreds of iconic things to do and places to see in New York City, we're so excited to share some of our favorites with you!

Union Square Greenmarket

East 17th Street, New York, NY 10003

Just steps from our wedding venue and open year-round, Union Square Greenmarket is Grow NYC's flagship farmers market. Stop by, look around, and shop every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8am-6pm!

Strand Book Store

828 Broadway, New York, NY 10003

Whenever we're in the area, Strand Book Store is a must visit. Getting lost in 18 miles of books (and records, tote bags, stationery, and so many other great items) is the best way to spend some time. But be careful - Emily has never been able to leave without buying something!

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

1000 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10028

Located on the gorgeous Upper East Side, The Met is one of our favorite places to spend the day. Stop by for some art, history and the iconic Met steps - and definitely stroll through Central Park while you're there!

The High Line

99 Gansevoort St, New York, NY 10014

Built on a historic, elevated rail line, the High Line is an amazing place to stroll through gardens, look at some art, eat delicious food, and get a new perspective of New York City! If you have some time to kill and are looking to get your steps in, definitely visit this park. Keep in mind there are multiple entry points, so this isn't the exact/only address.

Chelsea Market

75 9th Avenue, New York, NY 10011

An indoor market perfect for shopping, snacks, and people watching. It can be busy, but it's a great place to peruse for little treats.
