How far in advance should I book a room at the hotel? Do I need to stay there?

Call and book ASAP! The rooms are suites, so the sooner you book, you'll get the room special rate, see details on this website! You are not obligated to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton, the Fairfield Suites are just down the road, so feel free to book where you're comfortable! All the events / activities are at DoubleTree, so it's more for convenience!! Hope to see you soon!!! We can't wait to see you all!
