Flights can be made directly into Pensacola International Airport. There are also multiple airport within an hour-ish drive of Pensacola include Mobile Regional Airport, Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, and Gulf Shores International Airport.
There are plenty of hotel options in the area, but the Holiday Inn Express (Pensacola Downtown) is located two blocks from the venue and is the preferred hotel. Other hotel options in downtown include the Hilton Garden Inn, Residence Inn, Courtyard, and Sole Inn and Suites. For those of you wishing to stay on the beach we recommend the Hilton, Hampton Inn, or Holiday Inn.
