What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no denim or shorts & avoid shades of white. :)

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under you name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself. Enjoy the party!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will take place outdoors, rain or shine. While there are gravel paths between areas and the reception will take place on a paved patio, much of the day will involve walking on uneven surfaces and through grass. Please plan accordingly!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22nd using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP on time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Guests may arrive at the venue no sooner than 4:00 pm. A shuttle school bus will be available at the hotel to transport guests to the venue. Shuttle times will be made available at the hotel at check-in.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We encourage guests to utilize the shuttle service provided to get to and from the venue from the hotel!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones are put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you-- get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to utilize the shuttle bus to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
