6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The ceremony will be held on the 7th floor outdoors in the Secret Garden. Guests will be seated starting at 5:45. To get to the Secret Garden from: The Element - take the elevator to the 5th floor. Follow signs the W Elevators. The W - take the W elevator to the 7th floor. The elevators are adjacent to the Secret Garden. Look for the Welcome Sign.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Cocktail hour will be on the 7th floor in the indoor/outdoor Wet Deck and Bar which is accessible from the ceremony location. At the end of cocktail hour, two elevators will be available to take guests to the reception on the 5th floor.
7:30 pm - 11:30 pm
The reception will be held in the Great Room which is on the 5th floor. First course will be available at the tables. The bride and groom will arrive at approximately 8:15 shortly after which dinner will be served.
7:00 am - 11:00 am
For guests staying in the Element or W hotel, or locally in the city, breakfast will be available at your convenience between 7 and 11 am at Dolce Restaurant in the lobby of the W. Please inform the hostess that you are with the Moore-Primiano Wedding when you check in. For your convenience, there will also be to-go breakfast options.
