Is there a dress code?

Semi Formal/Cocktail. Please be aware the ceremony will be outside in the grass.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation specifies a specific person as your date or says "and guest," then you are allowed to bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are allowed if the RSVP states their name specifically or "and family".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may want to arrive around 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to secure the best seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is parking onsite

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation from The Otis/AC Marriott to the wedding open to all wedding guests, including those not staying at the hotel. See our travel page for the schedule.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We’re not asking for gifts, just your love and support! If you do wish to give something, a card or a small contribution to our new beginnings fund would mean the world to us.
