Technical issues on the site should be rare. We would be ever so thankful if you would try it again tomorrow. If, however, you are still unable to get the website to work, please feel free to email us at clsavercool@gmail.com the following information: Your name How many guests will be attending each event (Friday Welcome Picnic, Saturday Day at Camp, Saturday Wedding). Your accommodations plan (where will you be staying while in Elkhart Lake, Camp Brosius Cabins needed etc). This is so we can plan accordingly for logistics.
Yes. At the Friday night Welcome Picnic, there will be limited beer and seltzers provided. At the reception on Saturday, there will be an open bar, including beer, seltzer, spirits, mixers, and various non-alcoholic options available throughout the reception (while supplies last). Alcohol is allowed to be brought from home and kept/consumed in the onsite cabins and throughout the Camp Brosius camp ground. We encourage you to bring your choice of beverages to enjoy at times that are convenient for you. Please dispose of any bottles or cans appropriately to help us avoid a clean-up charge and as always, drink responsibly.
Yes! Please see question #3
Yay!!!! Sheets are not provided so please bring sheets and pillows (we will have a few extras available if you forget to bring them). You will receive the bed sizes when you book a cabin with us (book at campweddingcabins@gmail.com) so you will know what size you need. Most of the beds are twin, however, a few of the larger cabins have some Full or Queen size beds as well. You may bring any snacks, beverages, blankets, clothes...you know the usual you will need. We recommend bringing a cooler with you to store any cold items, however, there are a few fridges available if you need one for your cabin. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need a mini fridge for your room.
Lots! You can swim in the lake, go fishing (please bring your poles), you can kayak and paddle board (available for free use at camp), enjoy the lake views, layout and soak up the sun, take a hike, relax, play volleyball, play on the playground, schmooze with friends and family, play cards, or leave camp for part of the day and take a quick drive into town to grab breakfast, lunch, shop, or buy some artisanal cheeses! Have a blast!!
Elkhart Lake is known for their clear blue green water and is great for swimming BUT please please bring water shoes with you as the Tiger Mussels are very plentiful and can be sharp while walking on the lake floor...a pair of water shoes will make your swim time much better!
We will have an informal cereal bar and continental breakfast available Saturday morning. While we won't have a formal lunch, we will have a guest lounge that will have snacks, beverages, and quick grab items available during the weekend. The town of Elkhart Lake is adorable and we encourage you to explore as well if you are looking for a meal out.
