Deemed one of the best restaurants in Paso Robles, Thomas Hill Organics is a farm-to-table restaurant dedicated to serving creative, organic cuisine and highlighting unique wines from the Central Coast. This restaurant is pet and kids friendly. It can get crowded so it is recommended to make reservation via Yelp ahead of time.

Wild Horse Winery's tasting room is located in the heart of Templeton amidst the rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and beautiful oak trees. Their Pinot Noirs is one of Nick's favourite. Don't forget to visit the llama while you're there! Walk-In Tasting is $10 per person but is waived if a bottle is purchased. *Reservations required for groups of eight or more

When you've had too much wine, head to Tin City Cider for their carefully crafted cider made with the best California apples. They always have something new on the tap to try out! Friday - Saturday 11 - 9pm Sunday 11 - 8pm

Just off Highway 46, the special climate and unique calcareous terroir of TH Estate Wines produces exceptional fruit that is forward and focused. Their tasting room is modern and intimate. Nick enjoys the Syrah from them. Tasting is 10­–4pm daily. Reservation is not compulsory but is recommended as their spaces is kind of small and get packed quickly.

The Lion and the Bear beer. They have tours available all year round. It's $10 per person (age 12 and above only). You'll get a tour of how their beers and made and bottled, also you'll get a few glasses of their beer on the tour. Definitely recommend it if you're a fan of their beer. Reservation of the tour needs to be made online.

Although their wine is not necessarily on Nick's top list, the place is full of stunning and interesting sculptures. You may bring your family here for leisure stroll and picnic. They also have a small kids playground.

We love to bring friends and family to this restaurant because you can order several tasty dishes and share. Usually reservation is not needed, but it's always helpful to call ahead of time. We would recommend ordering the ceviche - it is made to order from seasonal fresh fish selections. served with house-made corn tortilla chips.
