GOT QUESTIONS? WE'VE GOT ANSWERS We are so excited to share our wedding website with you. Consider this your official guide to any questions or concerns you may have for the big day. If we did not answer any specific questions you may have, feel free to contact the Bride or Groom about their special day. Any questions from bridal party will be addressed to Karly (MOH), and same with the Groom's party to Zac (BM).
Question

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at The Kincaid House on Thursday, May 28th. The ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp, followed by a mocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9pm.

Question

when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP NO LATER THAN APRIL 28th, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue the exact guest count by a certain time. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

what do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. Based on the Bride's and Groom's comfortability and preference, we will be having a dry wedding. However we still love to party! Specialty mocktails will be on us!

Question

will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Food and beverages will be located inside the house. Please feel free to go in to stay cool, grab a drink, and relax.

Question

is there a dress code?

Answer

YES We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail/semi-formal attire, NO jeans or denim allowed please, thank you!

Question

what is considered cocktail attire?

Answer

We want to see the best you! Examples includes suits, sports coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (mini, midi, knee-length, or full length). Let us see you sparkle!

Question

are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones -- We really do. However, due to many factors including space, we respectfully request no children. This is an adult only affair. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements for our special day!

Question

can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged Ceremony" (NO phones or cameras during ceremony). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Question

when should I get there?

Answer

Based on the venue's preference, please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts for parking and to find your seat. We can't wait to see you! Please check the homepage for directions.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

The courtyard is covered by a 30’x50’ semi-permanent tent structure that can be closed to shield away the weather.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! A wedding card box will be at our reception. Please check our registry page to help donate to our Honeymoon.

Question
