The church will be open for guests to arrive by 3:30 PM. We ask that all our guests be seated by 4:00 PM so the ceremony can begin on time.
While there are hotel blocks at the three hotels on our Hotel Accomodations page there are quite a few other hotels near the venue to choose from if none of these suit you.
Please let us know of any special food requests so we can make sure the venue has an option prepared for you!
There is plenty of onsite parking for both the ceremony and the reception.
No. Shuttle service, courtesy of the Courtyard Marriott and the Ballantyne Hotel, will be provided to and from your respective hotels to the reception.
While the ceremony and reception are indoors, the cocktail hour will mainly take place outside. In case of rain there is a covered patio area where the cocktail hour will be relocated however it is still outdoors.
We are working on having the ceremony live streamed through the church for any guests who are unable to attend. If we are able to stream it, we'll add that information to our website when we find everything out.
The reception will end at 10:00 PM to allow time for everyone using the shuttles to get back to their hotels before the shuttles end for the night. While there is no formal after-party, the bar located in the Ballantyne Hotel stays open until 12:00 AM but the hotel tells us if there's enough people they'll stay open until 2:00 so if you want to keep the celebration going with the bride and groom, please feel free to head over!
While we certainly love pictures, we ask that during the ceremony you leave pictures up to the photographers. But during the reception take all the pictures you can! And don't forget to use our hashtags #TyingTheYiott and #YiottisGotThis when you post on social media so we won't miss a single moment of our special night!
