FAQs

The Wedding Website of Nick Ware and Camber Woodell
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by September 22, 2023.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open for guests at 3:30pm, half an hour before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot with marked spots for about 80 cars. Though parking should be no issue, we do encourage carpooling just in case!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are not having a plated and passed dinner, and therefore there should be plenty of options at the buffet for people of all diets, though if you have a life threatening allergy we need to know about, please contact the bride, groom, or their family members to let us know.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To make this as stress free of a day as possible for both us and our guests, we have opted for an adults-only wedding. We hope you are able to join us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP on this website will indicate if a plus one has been added to your invite. When you RSVP on this website, you will have the option to select whether or not you are attending with a guest.

Question

What if I don’t like dancing?

Answer

Not to worry! We will have a game table, and we encourage you to bring any board games or card games you may enjoy to add to the game table! Additionally, there is an outdoor space where we plan to have bocce ball, corn hole, and any other outdoor games you may want to bring to enjoy with us.
