Okay, literally stop. I can’t even with this Nick and Becky story—like, it’s too much. First of all, they met at a volunteer event? Cute. But wait, they didn’t even really meet until after the event at some random Barcadia where they were negging each other? Ugh, that’s just iconic. Meanwhile, I’m over here scrolling through TikTok and they’re out here living their rom-com. Then, Nick has the audacity to plan this whole rainy night at a lookout point with fairy lights in his car? Like, come on! Can’t he let someone else have a chance at being the main character for once? And they’re playing on his Nintendo Switch while stuck in a storm? I can’t even. That’s literally too cute. And then, they actually fell in love or whatever, making time for weekly boba runs and yoga. Yoga! Nick convinced her to go to spin class?! That’s relationship goals on another level, and I’m just sitting here, barely making it to my online classes. Fast forward to December 13th, 2024—he proposes during a work trip in New York with a surprise engagement photo session the next day? Like, excuse me, are they living in a rom-com or what? I’m seriously just trying to keep up with midterms and they're out here being relationship goals. Like, seriously, when does it stop?
