When and Where?

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Carl House. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm with dinner and the reception following!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress in elegant, formal attire, with Black Tie being a particularly fitting choice for our special day. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone looking their best! For men: A tuxedo or dark formal suit is appropriate. For women: A formal, floor-length gown is encouraged.

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will need to mark you as not attending. While we will truly miss celebrating with you, we must provide our venue with a final guest count within their required timeframe and are unable to accept late RSVPs. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally listed on the wedding invitation. If you have been given a plus-one, it will be clearly noted on your invitation and again when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM, so please plan to arrive by 5:30PM. Please keep in mind Atlanta traffic when planning!

Do I need to get a gift?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough, but for those feeling generous we have our registry posted on our website and will have a card box at the venue!

When and how do I RSVP?

Answer

To assist us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience. The RSVP deadline is August 1, 2026. Please RSVP through our wedding website and include all participating members.

What should I avoid wearing?

Answer

Please kindly avoid wearing white, ivory, or champagne, as these colors are reserved for the bride. Standard white dress shirts for men are absolutely appropriate. We kindly ask guests to dress to impress in formal attire and to avoid denim or casual clothing.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask guests to remain fully present with us by putting phones and cameras away. Our professional photographers and videographers will be capturing every special moment, and we cannot wait to share those images with you! Photos and videos are warmly encouraged during the reception.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

During cocktail hour, guests will enjoy a selection of refined hors d’oeuvres. A formal, buffet-style dinner will follow, and guests will have the opportunity to choose between two entrees, multiple appetizers, a salad, and bread.
