Friends, I hope everyone is doing well and keeping their sanity with self-quarantining!! I wanted to update you on Audrey and Nick’s wedding. We will not be having the wedding on the scheduled date and will update this website with more information, so please check back. I met Audrey in 2014 at our annual KA fraternity Christmas party while we were both enrolled at Texas A&M. She was the prettiest girl at the party, so I asked a mutual friend to make an introduction. We talked for over an hour, but it didn’t take long for me to turn head over heels – she was extremely smart, optimistic about the world, and loved to laugh. She gave me her number and I asked her to lunch two days later. She said yes!!! With finals we only had time for a short casual lunch, and the next day Audrey flew back to California for Christmas break. By this point I was crazy about her but had no idea if she was into me. I secretly thought about her the entire break but managed to restrain myself in texting her too much, lest I seem over-eager. It turned out we had great texting chemistry too, and by the end of the break I felt more confident that she was actually into me too! Heck yes!!! I took her to dinner the day we got back to College Station and the rest is history. I’m one lucky duck! -Nick
