2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Shuttle times will run at 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30 pm prior to our 4:00 ceremony time. The shuttle will pick guests up from our selected hotel of Comfort Inn & Suites. There is a 16 passenger maximum per trip, so please be mindful of this if you plan to shuttle to and from the hotel. If you arrive after the last shuttle, you will be responsible for getting to the venue.
4:00 pm
This event's attire is cocktail/semi-formal.
4:30 pm
Cocktail hour will take place within the reception space, and is located just right inside of the ceremony space. Soft drinks, beers and cocktails, and light snacks are on us!
6:00 pm
Dinner will be catered by Ravanelli's buffet-style. Open bar will remain through the evening.
11:00 pm
The final shuttle of the evening will take guests to Comfort Inn & Suites. Please remember the shuttle can only transport 16 guests at a time, so please be mindful of this if you plan to utilize the shuttle back to the hotel.
