Flight
The Palm Springs International Airport would be the closest airport to the wedding venue. It is approximately 40 minutes away from the venue. Flight times and availability vary, but Porter, Air Canada, and WestJet all have flights that fly into the Palm Springs International Airport. It's a good option if the flight times work for you. If you need more availability, LAX would have more frequent flight options.
Flight
LAX will have the most flight options. It is around 2.5 hours from Indio and the Wedding Venue. We'd suggest renting a vehicle, but there are shuttle services as well.
House Or Rental
This area is home to the Coachella Music Festival, Stage Coach, and the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament; because of this, there are a lot of beautiful Airbnb options that are relatively cost-effective. We'd suggest taking a look at these options, especially when traveling with a larger group. Please note that the wedding venue is in Indio, so you if you want to stay close to the venue we'd suggest looking in Indio or Palm Desert. Palm Springs is a great option as well, but it will be 40 minutes or more to the venue.
