The closest airport to Black Butte Ranch is Redmond (RDM), Oregon, located about a 40-minute drive away. Keep in mind that direct flights into RDM are limited. Currently, only a few major airports, like San Francisco (SFO) and Los Angeles (LAX), offer nonstop service, and even those flights can be infrequent. If you're not flying directly into RDM, you'll likely connect through Portland (PDX) or Seattle (SEA) and then hop on a smaller plane for the final leg to Redmond.

Portland (PDX) is the second closest airport, about a 3-hour drive to the ranch. From PDX, you can either rent a car, take an Uber, or hop on a bus to get to Black Butte Ranch. Pro tip: book a bus ticket with Pacific Crest Bus Lines for approximately $55 to get you directly from PDX to Sisters, OR. It usually leaves once a day around 11:00 a.m. so check their website and plan accordingly!

So if you'd like to be in the center of all the fun, Uber as little as possible, and enjoy limitless outdoor activities, this would be your place. There are four tiers of cabins that differ in price, so there are many options to fit different needs. However, if you plan to reserve a cabin in Black Butte Ranch, the sooner the better. This is a very popular summer vacation spot, so most of the cabins book up quickly! When you call to make your reservations, make sure to mention you are a guest of the "Pearman-Rooney Wedding" to receive a 10% off discount. If you are booking online, type in "Pearman-Rooney wedding" into the comment section to receive the same discount.
