Is there a dress code?

Answer

Clothing made of blue denim, frayed or ripped clothing, and clothing with offensive language or graphics are prohibited in all areas on the Club property. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets, long pants, and collared shirts that are tucked in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Pick-up trucks, over-sized vans, campers, motor coaches, and motorcycles should be parked in the lower parking lot or in the designated parking spaces along the street in front of the Club. Those types of vehicles should enter the traffic circle in front of the Club only to discharge passengers or baggage.

What is the venue's electronic device policy?

Answer

While on Club grounds, electronic devices are required to be in silent or vibrate mode at all times. Talking on electronic devices, including cellphones, smartwatches and earbuds, is prohibited in all areas of the Club's property, with the exception of the bedrooms, your car, the phone room, and the men's and women's locker rooms. Use of electronic devices for texting and emailing is permitted in all areas of the Club. Amplified music/videos/games, speaker phones, and video chats are not permitted. Privacy of your fellow Members is to be respected, and use of the photography function of a cell phone is not to be used for any inappropriate purpose.
