Cooper Spur Mountain Resort

Located about 15 minutes from the wedding venue, we recommend Cooper for lodging during your visit. Shuttle transportation to & from Meadows Ski Resort will be provided for all wedding attendees lodging at Cooper Spur for the day of our event. Our post-reception party will also take place here. Weekend lodging reservations are fully blocked for our wedding guests until 12/31/24 (Please RSVP with intent to stay here by 12/20/25). Types of lodging: Deluxe Condo- $459/night. Sleeps up to 8. (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins) Standard Room- $249/night. Sleeps up to 4. (2 Queens) Standard Room- $249/night. Sleeps up to 4. (1 Queen, 2 Twins) Guests may need to share condos/cabins in order to maximize availability at Cooper Spur. -$25 deposit due at the time of booking -Payment is due two weeks before arrival date (2/12-2/15) -A Captain (aye-aye) has been assigned to each lodging option, they can call and add people for check-in, otherwise, they are the only ones authorized for check in and they are the ones that apply payment -We recommend Splitwise app to split lodging based on stay dates to pay captain before the February due date -Lodging was assigned to maximize cabins, feel free to switch around based on arrival dates and carpooling etc. Just notify your captain for updates. How to book: Please indicate in your RSVP whether or not you are interested in lodging with us at Cooper Spur. If there are guests outside your party that you are interested in lodging with, then please note that in the RSVP comments. We will do our best to accommodate your lodging preferences. Hampton Inn & Suites Hood River

This hotel is a secondary option with breakfast included, there is no wedding rate, but we recommend becoming a member of their loyalty program for the best available rate. Hood River is 45 minutes away from the wedding venue, Mt. Hood Meadows. In Hood River, we recommend going to Pfriem Brewery for brews and dinner, and Ground Espresso Bar for coffee and pastries. Hood River is home of the Fruit Loop for U-Pick and winery experiences in the summer, many wineries are also open in March: https://www.gorgewine.com/gorge-wineries The hotel has an indoor pool and pet friendly options.

Timberline Lodge

Timberline Lodge is also on Mt. Hood, a 25-35 minute drive to Mt. Hood Meadows where the wedding will take place (40-45 minutes from Cooper Spur where pre & post-wedding events may take place). Timberline Lodge is was built in 1937 and is a national landmark with rich history. It may look familiar, as it was featured in a popular horror movie. Lodge features: Restaurant and Bar Skiing (Lift tickets sold separately) Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub Barlow Game Room We recommend that guests stay at the primary lodging option, Cooper Spur, due to the proximity to the wedding party and shuttle to and from Mt. Hood Meadows for the wedding and reception, however Timberline Lodge is another option. We do recommend visiting Timberline Lodge as a destination for self led tour with hot chocolate.

The Lodge At Government Camp

Located about 20 minutes from Mt. Hood Meadows and 30 Minutes from Cooper Spur, The Lodge at Government Camp is another great option for group lodging with condos that accommodate 6 to 10 guests. Government Camp is a small Alpine Village, the closest in proximity to Mt. Hood Meadows and Timberline Resort. The lodge here is in the middle of town, providing great accessibility to the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.

Mt. Hood Oregon Resort

Mt. Hood Oregon Resort hotel is 40 minutes from the Mt. Hood Meadows wedding venue. This hotel has more amenities than the others such as an outdoor pool, hot tub, year round golf and a spa. Located in Welches, this is a more convenient location for tubing at Ski Bowl (15 minutes away), exploring Timberline Lodge, or hitting the slopes. The hotel has a $25 daily resort fee and pet friendly options.

Hyatt Regency Portland At The Oregon Convention Center

If you would like to explore the PNW further and experience some of the best food scene in the country, we've set up a discounted rate of $119 at the Hyatt Regency Portland. The hotel is located 20 minutes from PDX airport, and could be a good stepping off point before heading to the mountain. Due to the distance to the venue, we don't recommend this option for Saturday evening.
