Question

What is the attire?

Answer

It will be formal attire!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Where is the reception and the ceremony?

Answer

Both the reception and ceremony will be located on the rooftop of the La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites. Please note that this is an outside venue and there will be heaters but please bring a jacket if you feel you may need one.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes there will! There will be passed appetizers during cocktail hour, a full open bar, followed by a sit down dinner. We love dessert so we will be skipping the cake and instead have a dessert table where you can choose your favorite!

Is there parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is not parking at the venue. There is street parking/paid parking lots near by. If you plan on driving to the venue I would encourage you to arrive with enough time to find parking and walk to the venue. Lyft/Uber/Taxis are very accessible in San Diego if this is something that your party is comfortable with.

Can I take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that all phones, ipads, and devices must be put away and silenced/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired two professional photographers and we would hate to have a someone's phone/device blocking the photographers' view to capture our special moment. After the ceremony is over, you are free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

If I have dietary restrictions or allergies, what should I do?

Answer

We completely understand the need for alternative food options. If you have any restrictions/allergies, please reach out Allie or Nick directly.
