We're Getting Married!

Our love story is not your typical meet cute. We met in 2009 thru a mutual friend of ours. In 2013, we ended up as roommates with our respective partners at the time for years. We became amazing friends and roommates over those years while throwing game nights, celebrating birthdays and holidays together. He ended up single again before I was, I even tried to help by making some of his dating app profiles to get him back in the game. In 2017, I ended up moving out, and moving on with life while becoming single again myself and in 2018 I moved to Pennsylvania for a bit but we kept in touch. When I moved back in 2019, we started hanging out more and more. One night, I had some free tickets to a comedy show at the San Jose Improv. I asked him if he wanted to go with me. He asked if anyone else was invited I said no and that he was driving if I was buying (2 drink minimum anyway). According to Nick I showed up looking really cute and he had to go change real quick. We had a great time at the show and even got mistaken as a couple but after that night a shift happened. It took a bit to see if we wanted to see where this would go, after being friends for so many years; Did we want to risk that for romance? So glad we did, 5 years later and here we are!
