Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but we prefer if the little ones stayed at home. Plus a great date night for you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to stay onsite at Linden Hall. There are 74 guest rooms. Check-in: 3pm, Check-out 11am. Breakfast is included in your room price of ~$133/night. Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, just wear your best party attire! Ladies, you will be walking on different terrains over a large area: concrete, grass, wood, etc. I would not recommend high heels. Wear or bring shoes that you will be most comfortable in aka your dancing shoes.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour is inside/outside and the reception is in an air conditioned tent. Please dress to best accommodate western PA weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 5pm and 525pm; we plan to start the ceremony promptly at 530pm.

How do I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

Once on the Linden Hall property, follow the signs to the Mansion. There is a parking lot and a short walk to the ceremony site.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, free parking is located at the mansion which is where the ceremony and cocktail hour will be. There is also parking at the hotel/tent reception area. You can walk up to the ceremony from the hotel or drive, if you drive up - you will need to drive back down to the reception as the parking lot will need to be cleared following cocktail hour.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Everything is within walking distance!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet with many different food options. Please let us know if you have a food allergy.
