RECOMMENDED HOTEL: (Must call in to book the room). This is where we will be staying for the weekend! We will probably meet up for cocktails Friday evening (nothing formal), and will also be having the after party here at one of the bars in the casino on Saturday after the wedding. We will be providing a shuttle from here to Smithville Inn around 3:30PM, and back to the hotel after the reception for the after party. (For Tropicana hotel guests only). PLEASE NOTE: Check in is at 4PM at the Tropicana, and our ceremony starts at 4:30 in Smithville. (early check in not guaranteed). If you are planning on coming in on Saturday (day of wedding), then you can possibly leave your items at bell hop and check in after the wedding. Sorry for the time crunch. Friday rooms are also discounted! There are a limited number of rooms in the room block for Friday and Saturday. The rates are MUCH higher without the discount, so we recommend booking sooner than later. We hope you can stay for a full weekend of fun!

Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided ONLY for guests staying at the Tropicana. Shuttle space is limited so please do not try and take the shuttle back for the after party if you are not staying at Tropicana. The shuttle will be leaving NO LATER than 3:30 PM from Tropicana. Check in is not until 4:00PM, so you can try and request early check in or leave your items at bell hop and check in after the wedding. The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM in Smithville and it is located around 25 mins away from the Tropicana. The reception ends at 10:00PM, and the confirmed guests for the shuttle will get a ride back to Tropicana right when the reception ends. After party to follow at Tropicana. Please note on your RSVP if you are staying at Tropicana, what nights you plan on staying, and if you plan on taking the shuttle to AND from Tropicana.

This is located in Smithville Village, so it is walkable to the venue! Check in is at 3PM, so you will have plenty of time to make it to the ceremony and walk through the cute little village. TO BOOK ONLINE: You have to enter the wedding date (6/1/24) for the room block to come up. The discount code is DIFACORA . We will NOT be providing transportation to the afterparty for guests staying here.
