America's largest mall. Spend an afternoon exploring the 520 stores, 60 different dining options, a 7-acre theme park, a 1.3-million-gallon aquarium, an Escape Game, and two mini golf courses. Needless to say, you'll be kept occupied.
You're in the land of 10,000 lakes, and checking out at least one of them is a Minnesota must. Rent a bike at a Nice Ride station and weave your way through miles of bike trails along the water. Once you've had enough lake views, head on foot to admire the stately houses of the Kenwood, Lowry Hill, and East Isles neighborhoods.
Art fans, unite! Minneapolis has many museums to explore, if you're into that kind of thing. Meander through the Minneapolis Institute of Art, where you can find original works from Van Gogh, Monet & more, as well as incredible local art. If the weather's nice, take a stroll through the Walker Sculpture Garden, where you'll find quirky installations and awesome skyline views.
Like to eat? Us too. The Twin Cities is the perfect place to indulge your inner foodie. A few of Nick & Abby's go-to's include: Cossetta's (cafeteria-style Italian, a must-visit), Moto-I (Japanese small plates & ramen) and Young Joni (unique pizza - make reservations way in advance!)
Minneapolis is well known for the vast array of craft breweries. Enjoy sip after hoppy sip while playing a board game or tossing some bags. Nick & Abby's personal favorites include Surly and Inbound.
