Question

What is the address to the wedding?

Answer

208 E South St Welsh, LA 70591

Question

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Though the ceremony starts at 5:00pm, please arrive 15-30 minutes early! This allows wiggle room for parking and finding your seat.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Suits and dresses are perfect – dress to impress but feel comfortable. Examples of this include a dress and slacks with a button up. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the majority of the reception will take place indoors. Between the ceremony and reception you will be asked to exit temporarily so that the room can be flipped. Throughout the reception, there will be places inside to sit and socialize, as well as a cigar bar to enjoy outside!

Question

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to invite all of our friends' and families’ children, we can only accommodate a few children closest to us. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day. As for plus ones, we are keeping this special event personal and are limiting plus ones to those we know and have a relationship with. All invited guests will be under RSVP when you type in your first or last name.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Beer, wine, and soda will be provided during cocktail hour and dinner. All other options will be available for purchase throughout the night.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

As much as we love you, no. We do not want your phones to be in our expensive wedding pictures for the rest of our lives. Please refrain from taking your phone out during our ceremony, as this is an unplugged event. During the reception, take as many pictures as you want! In fact we will encourage pictures at every moment during the wedding except the ceremony. This is very important to us. Please allow the bride and groom to post to social media before you post. We appreciate your patience and we love you for it.
