Where is the ceremony and the reception?

Both will take place outdoors at Stone Mountain Lodge in Lyons, Colorado The reception will have a covered tent with heaters, if needed. 18055 North Saint Vrain Drive Lyons, Colorado 80540

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
The wedding party (+ significant others/family), family directly helping with the wedding, and most guests will be able to stay on site at Stone Mountain Lodge the night of the wedding. You will be notified if lodging is taken care of the night of the wedding after RSVPs--still TBD! PLEASE NOTE: If you elect to book a room yourself at Stone Mountain Lodge prior to the wedding (i.e., Friday night), you are NOT guaranteed a room the night of the wedding (Saturday) or the same room both nights if lodging is taken care of Saturday. We must prioritize those in the wedding, those helping with the wedding, and fitting the most amount of guests as possible the night of the wedding. To allow our guests flexibility, a traditional hotel block will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to stay in Denver, Boulder, Lyons, or any other nearby area. What time should we arrive?
Answer
Ceremony time is 4:30 PM so early enough to park, get settled, and maybe even check in to your room (if you are notified that lodging is taken care of the night of the wedding after RSVPs---still TBD!)

Where do we park?
Answer
There is enough space for everyone to park at the venue, although we highly recommend carpooling! The venue will likely have a parking attendant on site.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will indicate whether we have accounted a plus one for you.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Your children will be indicated on your invitation and are included in our guest count. *Please note that reception music may not be considered kid-friendly. We will do our best to have the DJ play more explicit songs after 9 PM but cannot guarantee*

I have dietary restrictions - What food will be served?
Answer
We are planning on Jimmy John's catering with vegetarian sandwiches and sides available. For any special needs contact us at nickmikaelawedding@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate.

When is the reception scheduled to end?

We must leave the venue space by 11:00 PM!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No please! We have a photographer and videographer so guests can be present and off their phones. Photos are welcome during the reception.

Please dress nicely but comfortably for being outside and ready to dance! Suits and gowns are welcome but we want everyone comfortable.
