Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Guests that have lodging on site the night of the wedding 10/4/25 at Stone Mountain Lodge (taken care of by the bride and groom) have been notified of their final room assignments. If you have not been notified of a final room assignment, you or a family representative has indicated you do not need lodging and therefore you do not have a reserved room on site. If you're a guest that has a final room assignment for Saturday and you would like to book the SAME room for Friday 10/3/25, you can do so by booking a reservation at: https://stonemountainlodgeandcabins.client.innroad.com/. Please ONLY book the room to which you have been assigned. If you book the same room for Friday 10/3/25 please NOTIFY Nick/Mikaela so we can inform the hotel to ensure you will be in the same room Friday and Saturday without disruptions. We recommend booking as soon as possible while the rooms are still available. To allow our guests flexibility, a traditional hotel block will not be provided. Guests are encouraged to stay in Denver, Boulder, Lyons, or any other nearby area. What time should we arrive?
Answer
Ceremony time is 4:30 PM so early enough to park, get settled, and maybe even check in to your room (if you have been notified lodging is taken care of the night of the wedding)

Where do we park?
Answer
There is enough space for everyone to park at the venue, although we highly recommend carpooling! The venue will likely have a parking attendant on site.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation will indicate whether we have accounted a plus one for you.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Your children will be indicated on your invitation and are included in our guest count. *Please note that reception music may not be considered kid-friendly. We will do our best to have the DJ play more explicit songs after 9 PM but cannot guarantee*

I have dietary restrictions - What food will be served?
Answer
We are planning on Jimmy John's catering with vegetarian sandwiches and sides available. For any special needs contact us at nickmikaelawedding@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate.

When is the reception scheduled to end?

We must leave the venue space by 11:00 PM!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No please! We have a photographer and videographer so guests can be present and off their phones. Photos are welcome during the reception.

Please dress nicely but comfortably for being outside and ready to dance! Suits and gowns are welcome but we want everyone comfortable.
