When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP by Aug. 17th, 2025 through our wedding website. Even if you can't make it, let us know by declining your invite, as it's extremely important to have an accurate guest count.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard. For both the cocktail hour & reception, guests will be inside a climate-controlled venue, but will still have access to that courtyard throughout the evening (perfect for fresh air, fire pits, smoking a cigar, etc.)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request for guests to dress in formal, elegant attire for our celebration. Suits, dresses, elevated jumpsuits, etc. are all perfect - we want everyone to look and feel their best!

Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we plan on providing shuttles to and from the wedding. The shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Fairfield Inn hotel. We will update everyone with the times as we get closer to the wedding date.

When should I plan to arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at Vignon Manor by 3:30pm, as all guests will need to be seated by 3:45pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please let us know of any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample, free parking at the venue. If needed, guests will also be able to leave their car overnight as long as they pick it up by 9am the following morning.

How accessible is the venue?

Answer

Vignon Manor Farm is all one-level, with a fully paved parking lot and entrance walkway. There are multiple bathrooms, including handicap stalls, and there is also a quiet room that nursing mothers can use during the event. If you should need any additional accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to help!

Are my kids invited?

Answer

If your little ones aren't listed on your invite, but you need them to join in order to make the celebration, please reach out to Carolyn or Nick!
