How We Met
Nick and Rachel’s story began at a wedding in October 2015. Although it took him until the cocktail hour to notice her, Rachel noticed Nick almost immediately (it was hard to miss the bright orange tie). With a little encouragement from friends (and whiskey), the two exchanged phone numbers and the rest was history!
The Proposal
In November 2020, Nick & Rachel went to Encinitas for a (seemingly) casual lunch at Fish Shop - little did she know, he was actually recreating their first date. While walking along the beach, Nick popped the question!
