Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the Timberline Lodge, which is where the welcome party will be held and is directly across the street from the ceremony and reception venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will provide round-trip transportation for the wedding.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) and the cocktail hour will have indoor and outdoor options. The reception will be inside. The welcome party will also have the option to be inside or outside. Please note that the ceremony will be held on grass.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We highly recommend renting a car or carpooling with others, especially if you want to explore the area! Uber/Lyft is unreliable in the area, especially at night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive to the ceremony 20-30 minutes before the start time of 5 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request that our reception be an adults-only event, with the exception of babes in arms. Children are welcome at the welcome party the night before.
