They met in high school, in their church youth group. Abby had liked Nick since 8th grade (!!!!), but Nick had never reciprocated the feelings. UNTIL one afternoon at a beach bonfire, when Nick started talking to Abby. They talked for hours, and at the end Nick told Abby he had feelings for her. They were just 15 at the time! Flash forward about a year or so, and they start to reconnect and rekindle their friendship. In the fall of 2014, Nick asked Abby to be his girlfriend in front of a boba shop. Later he admitted he wished he brought her flowers, but Abby was too happy to care about that. Since that day, they have been on lots of adventures together. They have traveled to Northern California, Michigan, San Diego, Seattle, Las Vegas, San Luis Obispo, and other little cities. They have learned so much about each other, and although they have changed a lot since being 16, they love the person that the other has become. On October 26, 2019, Nick proposed to Abby at Table Rock Beach in Laguna. Now they are getting married on October 4, 2020, and they couldn't be more excited to start their lives together!!!
