While there is many hotel options near our venue (the area is literally called hotel boulevard!), this is the hotel we are recommending all of our guests stay- we have our room block code to get a discount listed automatically on the link for everybody. The room block is available to use Thursday 4/8-Monday 4/12 - if you click the link below, it will take you directly to the website booking link with the room code already applied which will waive the parking fee/resort fee at check in. You can manually adjust the booking date if you would like it for a shorter/longer time period. You also do not have to pay for the room until arrival, so you can book ASAP! The $30 resort fee will be waived at check in. If you would like to book via phone instead, please call the resort directly at (407) 239-4500 and provide the block code WRU. They also have suite options, and room options with bunk beds that if you contact the number above you can book if you wish to - the link will just give options for 1 king or 2 queen bed rooms but you can still get the same discounts for suite style rooms, you would just need to call! This resort is less than a 5 minute drive to our venue, and is less than a 10 minute walk. There will also be a provided shuttle service that will take any guests staying here to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception at a scheduled time. We plan to spend the night prior to the wedding at the tiki bar at this resort after our rehearsal dinner to spend time with any guests staying at this resort as a welcome party- which you are given two complimentary drinks if you stay here to enjoy at this bar, + a welcome gift! There is also complimentary shuttles to Disney springs, & Disney parks if you plan to spend some time there during your stay as well!
