The wedding will be held at Burlington Wedding and Events in Charles City, VA. The closest airport is Richmond International Airport (RIC), which is about a 45-minute drive away. The nearest cities are Richmond and Williamsburg (both about 30 minutes away), both of which offer plenty of accommodations and transportation options for out-of-town guests.
Celebrate with colors! For women: Our bridal party will be wearing pale blue, so kindly keep that in mind when choosing your outfit. We encourage vibrant hues and pastels, and midi or maxi dresses will be perfect for the occasion. For men: Please, no jeans or tennis shoes. We want everyone to look polished but still relaxed—khaki pants are a great option. Aim for a stylish, summer-inspired look! Thanks for helping us create a bright, beautiful celebration!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please aim to arrive by 3:35 PM to ensure you're settled in and ready to go. Refreshments will be provided upon arrival to help you relax before the ceremony. We appreciate your punctuality to help us start on time!
Yes, we’ll have golf carts available to escort guests around the estate. If you or someone in your party requires any special accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can ensure a comfortable experience for all!
We’ve got you covered! Upon arrival, you’ll be given a fan to help keep you cool. We’ll also have umbrellas and outdoor fans set up around the venue. If you need a break from the heat, there are several buildings on the estate where guests can comfortably float in and out, offering a cool respite whenever needed. We want everyone to be comfortable while enjoying the celebration!
The venue has a strict send-off time, which will be at 9:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests plan to be ready for the send-off at that time to help us stick to the schedule. We look forward to celebrating with you until the very end!
