What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive by 2:45pm so you can find your seat before the ceremony starts at 3pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire: Ladies may wear floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or elegant separates. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dark suit and tie.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair - thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

In our effort to keep our celebration intimate, we ask you to please not bring a plus one unless they are listed on your invitation.

Please RSVP by October 1, 2025. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a block of rooms available on site at Traditions Hotel & Spa. Please contact us for details. Additionally, we recommend the Hampton Inn located at 630 Field St, Johnson City, NY (near Wegmans)
