Our Favorite Fairytale

They met on May 27th 2016 at Atlanta's yearly Momocon. Nikki had stopped Dennis to complement him on his cosplay and to get a picture, but had decided to hold off after hearing he was planning on attending the same fan meet up later that day. This worked out because she was in a hurry. About 10 minutes past and while on the escalator she heard someone call out to her. It was Dennis now running up the escalator to catch up. He then admitted that he hadn't heard about the meet up until she had said something and did not know where it was. This made her laugh, then offered to let him hang out with her and her group until the meetup. Five hours go by and they are deep in conversation; Discussing likes, interests, and personal stories. After attending the meet up event they decided to sit and chat with some friends. It was almost time for Dennis to leave. Not wanting to say goodbye, wanting to make sure they would continue to talk even after the con he did the only thing he could think to do and kissed her. Afterwards responding with " I knew I would regret it if I didn't" ... The rest is history
